Staff here sucks. When you sit in line for 20+ minutes at the front and give up when youre 2nd in line because they dont have the staff to support the volume. Hire more people and learn how to keep things moving.
Got to say my recent experience with this store was horrible which sucks cause I literally live within mins of this store and it’s convenient. Not only nats in the food case as well they don’t take cash I have never heard of a place not taking cash non the less a Starbucks. After this and a few other issues like not allowing us to redeem points for drinks. I will not be back I’ll either go to another or a different company
