I feel so bad for this young barista, today she had to deal with a drunken customer who was very rude to her from their first interaction. They lady was very upset about how her drink don’t taste right, then it was that she didn’t have caramel on the bottom, then it was that she had a problem with the drink being shaken (which is exactly what she ordered, I know that because I was behind her in line).
