The well-known two tail mermaid chain, you know. This location has a lot of seating over two levels, so you can enjoy your two pump, half caf, extra foam, whatever . The door is on the arch side if you are trying to figure out how to get in. The main door is for hotel guests only, and you need a key, which seems like an extra step for no real reason.
Got the horchata espresso, and it immediately started looking gritty with big lumps in the bottom? Tasted awful, looked like the milk was bad. When we went back in to inform them, they they told us that's just what oat milk looks like (even though we've never had it turn lumpy like that before)

My wife and son came here for coffee and hot cocoa and my 6 year old picked up a coffee mug and when he put it back it fell and broke. They swept it up and then said… we’re going to have to charge you for that coffee mug. Absolutely ridiculous that they charged my wife for that mug. They should understand kids will want to grab and touch things. Why they put breakables in the reach of children is beyond me.
