My wife and son came here for coffee and hot cocoa and my 6 year old picked up a coffee mug and when he put it back it fell and broke. They swept it up and then said… we’re going to have to charge you for that coffee mug. Absolutely ridiculous that they charged my wife for that mug. They should understand kids will want to grab and touch things. Why they put breakables in the reach of children is beyond me. This is a licensed Starbucks seller, they do not accept Starbucks rewards and from my experience they don’t make proper Starbucks drinks either, although they have all the necessary ingredients and equipment. I ordered the new Iced Cherry Chai with a shot of espresso & I tasted neither the Chai nor the espresso. I was almost tempted to go back in to have my drink re-made but wasn’t sure if they would since they are only a licensed seller + the parking meter was running out of time 🤦♀️
The staff was so awesome during our stay!
