My regular starbies for almost a year. Very decent most of the time, but have experienced inconsistencies and below-par service on occasion. (ie: pictured less than a full drink which happened a lot with my hot drinks that were only filled 3/4, not fully mixed drinks when they were the day before) Nothing terrible, still a great location! Will continue to go back
Waited over half an hour in line behind one guy who couldn’t pay. I ended up not ordering. Customer service at this location sucks, I went across the street to an independently owned coffee shop. Avoid this location until management is able to remedy the service expectations of a premium coffee shop. If someone is struggling then have another associate open up a till, especially if there aren’t any cars in the drive thru.
I went through the drive-through to order a brown sugar cold brew, something I know that could be made from their existing menus, mind you it wasn’t busy. I was cut off mid order, it felt rushed, when we met at the window, I felt nothing but judgmental stares, eye rolling, and smirks. Dude, like my drink was inconvenience to you? Something is definitely off with this Starbucks. Please do better with who you hire! If you can’t handle a simple drink, maybe you shouldn’t be working in customer service!
Just got a coffee frape here at this location they spilled my drink on the counter, picked it up and added more whip cream to it then decided to give it to me dripping, when I asked for napkins he said sorry it happens sometimes it gets messy.
