The cashier who took my drink order is the absolute rudest employee I’ve ever met. I placed my drink order and proceeded to sign the receipt. I signed it but there wasn’t much ink coming out. The cashier asked me to sign again and I told her the issue is there’s no ink in the pen. Instead of giving me a new pen to sign with, she gives me a pad to place my receipt on top of to sign. As someone with experience managing multiple Starbucks locations, I can confidently say this store is in urgent need of new management. I stayed over two weeks at a nearby hotel and visited frequently—each time was a disappointment. The store is consistently short-staffed, frequently out of food, and the filtered coffee is lukewarm (clearly in need of calibration).
