Compared to other Starbucks locations, this one could improve when it comes to inventory—especially the availability of breakfast sandwiches and specialty milks like soy—as well as consistency in drink taste, temperature, and presentation. That said, being a small-town location, the occasional inconsistency is understandable, and I appreciate the effort of the staff.
Lady at the window was super rude.
Drinks were ready, food items were not. Took 20 minutes to get our food. Drink was cold after waiting so long.
Staff asked me to leave because of a new corporate policy that if you don’t buy anything you can’t stay in the lobby. I frequent Starbucks VERY regularly (and usually buy something) but sometimes I don’t buy anything like this evening. I’ve had it with Starbucks—their CEO, Brian Niccol, was paid $96M for just four months of work last year and refuses to pay his employees a decent wage.
