I waited 30 minutes for my order, cashier didn’t take my name so they never called me when it was ready didn’t even bother to bring it to my table or make me aware that it was ready. Terrible service. Never going back.

Completely understand that people have to do their job, but I find it very unreasonable for a company to enforce a buy to stay policy. This is one of the larger reasons as to why Starbucks is losing customers and going downhill and creating an un-welcoming environment. Not only does it put the employees in an awkward situation of confrontation-but it also deters people who come in and wanna enjoy their time off in a comfortable zone-from actually buying anything once confronted with this policy. Very disappointing experience. I called the day before because I couldn’t pick up my mobile order, and I was told they had noted it and I could come back the next day for a remake or refund. When I came back, the staff was rude and acted like they didn’t want to remake my drink. On top of that, they still made it wrong. My receipt AND the sticker on the cup clearly say caramel drizzle, but there was literally no caramel drizzle at all. I wasn’t asking for anything extra. I just wanted what I already paid for.
