Hi, I’m new to the area and I started coming to this Starbucks M-F on my way to work. I’ve encountered one you lady there who I was so impressed with I thought I’d write a review. Her name is Leilani and what impressed me is that after only starting to come here for a couple of weeks now, she has memorized my drink order and greets me by my name! Very nice Starbucks, super friendly staff, great little patio with morning sun.
I wanted to take a moment to recognize your amazing staff at this location. Which, as I am sure you’re aware that this location is the prime spot during the WM Phoenix Open. That event draws and audience of over 200,000 people per day for four straight days. On the other side of that fence is the folks that work that event. I am one of those people, I also grabbed coffee for our crew every day between 4:40-and 4:50 am!
