I wanted to take a moment to recognize your amazing staff at this location. Which, as I am sure you’re aware that this location is the prime spot during the WM Phoenix Open. That event draws and audience of over 200,000 people per day for four straight days. On the other side of that fence is the folks that work that event. This is my favorite location! Not only do they make the best drinks but the hospitality is my favorite! I love the staff, especially the guy with the mustache! Super friendly and upbeat no matter the time of day!
I love this Starbucks location and have been coming to it for years now! I have 2 closer locations to me but I choose to drive a little further because I can always count on them! The younger male manager works hard and has always been on top of it. The entire team is super friendly! I'm a consistent Monday thru Friday customer and smile every time the crew welcomes me as I walk through the door. The messages on the cups only get better as baristas learn my name. Those first impressions mean a lot to me, as does seeing the team spirit. This location is a favorite.
