The guy at the drive thru window was very rude. I always say thank you at drive thru windows when my order is taken and once again when my order is handed to me. It's just 2nd nature to me like most people (I hope). Anyways, this time was no different, and I don't know if the guy couldn't hear me say thank you, but as I was about to drive off he says to me 'you can say thank you maam'. Not a good customer service experience to be rude to your customers. The iced latte I got was also not very good unfortunately.
