The barista I met here, the young person with glasses, around 4-5 pm on 04/27, is very polite and friendly to customers. He deserves praise.
The people that were working on 4/25/26 @ approximately 9:50am were not the best. I asked for a Vanilla flat white but didn't get any vanilla. Supposedly their oven was not working so they didn't offer any sandwiches.
Ordered my usual order then went shopping. When I came back everything was bagged for me ready for me to take. Super sweet. The guy was so nice. Good vibes.
Horrible experience with the lady that is working there on 5/18/25 around 3:30 Had the absolute worst attitude, I was literally the only customer there and the way she talked to me was absolutely ridiculous, as if I was asking her to do something other than her job. that on top of all of that, my drink was trash I specifically asked for extra caramel and she gave me the drink there was non so I asked her if it even had any and looked at my with some sort of wanna be “intimidation” eyes and just said yes and walked away What ... read more
Eric the worker was more focused on his phone then getting my order correct. White mocha latte is not hard to understand. Instead we got something completely different.
