Day after Xmas scruffy heavy set black hair kid I came in 25 mins before Starbucks closed he said he wasn't making anymore coffee cause he had to hard of a day lol must be a real grind cant belive how lazy some people are
Got the strawberry acai like and I watched them make it and they didn’t measure it and it tasted different than usual
I think they forget that online orders should not take.Presidents over actual customers that are standing right in front of you who you ignored for ten minutes and I still never got my coffee or my son's coffee
I am lactose intolerant, and while I can tolerate the bit of foamed milk in a cappucino, I can't drink as much milk as is in a lattte. Oftentimes, I order a cappucino and from the weight of the drink I can immediately tell it's closer to a latte. So at another Starbucks location, I asked how to modify my orders to avoid this and was told to order my cappucinos "extra dry," which would ensure they contain only foamed milk (i.e., no straight-up milk). Went in to get my daughter this drink with her gift card. Wasn't even full, the service was TERRIBLE. I really feel like I would have been ok getting almost half the drink if the woman was at least nice. It takes 0.00 to just be nice. If you're getting paid for a customer service job, then please have some good customer service.
