My favorite location to visit!! Everyone is always so friendly my drinks are always perfect!! Erica gave the best customer service!!
Took girlfriend through the drive though since she wanted a drink, and when I pulled up I was worried about how long the line was. I was extremely impressed with how fast they were able to keep the line moving even with so many drinks to make. Got to the window and our coffees were made extremely well. My girlfriend is the coffee drinker so I ended up just going with her order and it was so much better than I could have expected. I am writing to share my recent experiences at your location, which have been consistently disappointing. On Saturday, March 21st, between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM, I received the wrong drink through the drive-thru. The cup even had a note intended for a different customer. This past Saturday, March 28th, I ordered a large iced coffee with cream, but the drink was approximately 95% cream with no coffee taste.
