I really wish I read the reviews before coming here. Why would you ever allow mobile orders if you won't let me walk in, snag my items, and leave? I had to sit in the drive thru just like everyone else. Totally negates the efficiency of ordering ahead. Solution: find a way to not allow customers to order from the app until you open up the lobby or have a warning pop up before you have someone commit to choosing the location. Made it through 28 years of life without leaving a negative review. Congrats Starbucks.
I walked ten minutes to get to this location this morning and I simply wanted to use the bathroom and wash my hands before I ordered my coffee and the worker told me I cannot use the bathroom unless I bought something and I told her I was going to buy something but I wanted to wash my hands she said no I have to buy something first and if that's how you treat your customers then you don't need my business.
