I went in twice. First time Antoinette made my drink, took it home it was sour & awful. I went back 7/9/26, & saw Zoyrina told her my drink was bad, then I asked for water & ice, she refused to help. I walked out.
I buy from here all the time, I thought it was nice. I was wrong. I couldn't buy coffee today but thought hey I can get water and say hi. They denied me water. We live in the desert, it's not even 8 am and it's 100 degrees. Starbucks has lost a customer for life. We don't need your kind out here or Noone will survive.
Coffee is always made good. But you arent acknowledged when u come in or say thank you to the employees. They are too busy chit chatting with eachother then being welcoming to their customers.
Starbucks needs to change the hours to this location. Workers are always shutting down way before 6:00 pm
Awful Girl work There , I don’t understand how Starbucks hire people like that!! Shame on them!! Bad customer service
