Today 10/17 at 9am I come to get my breakfast as I normally do. 2 gentleman working this morning. I come in and said good morning, no reply. When I got my food and said thank you, no reply. They might not be a morning person but this is Starbucks. A bit costumer service training should be needed.
Was passing through today in a bit of a rush. Place was really busy, but Jordan was moving really fast doing everything this guy is awesome. The world needs more hard workers like this. It was also very polite and professional great personality.
Review of Starbucks at Westland Mall – Assistant Manager Leonore I normally enjoy visiting Starbucks, but my recent experience at the Westland Mall location was very disappointing. A group of us were sitting together when the assistant manager, Leonore, came over and rudely told us we needed to be quieter because she felt we were being too loud.
