The reason I don't go to Starbucks anymore. Today I talked to probably the worst Starbucks Manager ever Kyle. Today being my birthday and I asked Kyle the store manager about the freebie drink you get when it is your birthday. Instead of him saying happy birthday or something close to customer service; he said "If it dosent show up your app with something I can scan, I can't do anything about it".
