Waiting a line for 30 minutes to just get coffee,
I've been to plenty of Starbucks and never had to pay for light ice. When I questioned why I needed to pay for light ice I was told "because it's more product." That makes absolutely no sense. If I'm paying for a medium "grande" then I'm paying for medium product not ice. Terrible.
