Jennifer was so sweet! She was alone and super busy, but she made our drinks perfectly with a smile
Starbucks is a joke now! They tried to charge me .50 to blend my drink twice, just wow!!! Pushing the button to blend the drink an extra 3 seconds is apparently a labor intensive task. I canceled a big order and they lost 8 customers for life. update: to the manager response... stop trying to act like this is a one off instance that won't happen again if I call in to speak with you. I already know this is the new corporate policy.
