Absolutely love the green tea latte
"Disappointing experience at this Starbucks location. The drinks were subpar, and the place was dirty. To make matters worse, employees were vaping inside while supposed to be working. The lines were ridiculously long, and instead of attending to customers, the staff seemed more interested in chatting with each other. Usually, Starbucks drinks are great, but this location fell short. Hopefully, they'll address these issues and improve their service."
I did not catch the name of the woman who helped me unfortunately, but she was very cordial and pleasant. I came by 5/15/25 at 7:30 PM or so, she was by herself, I would like her to be recognized by higher management. When making my matcha latte she asked me how I like it (more sweet or bitter), which is something a Starbucks employee hadn’t asked me before so I was pleasantly surprised.
