I'd give it a zero if I could. The other day I was going to get starbucks for 3 of us and I only had two orders so I decided to wait inside until I got the other order. I sat for over 5 minutes when a "batista" came to me and asked if I was going to order anything. I told her I was waiting for someones order and she said "oh is it coming in soon then?" Everyone’s always so helpful. I love this location. It’s in my neighborhood and I appreciate all the stuff that makes it feel warm and inviting.
Secret menu tried. New flavor of Frappuccino. Tried the new strato brown sugar Frappuccino today. The foam was thick, but it was pretty good.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I am speechless at these Starbucks workers. I have lived here in Phoenix, Arizona for almost over 20 years of my life, and I have NEVER been turned down for water at all, at STARBUCKS!!! Do I understand that following “certain” rules are crucial. Yes, I do. But for the first time in my life I got turned down water at this location today! Outrageously unspeakable. It’s without words, a big time health hazard for Arizonan’s.
