The food and drink are your standard Starbucks affair, but the people that work there are the real reason this is my go to. They are always polite, friendly, eager to exchange pleasantries.
The Starbucks team was so sweet and attentive. They answered all my questions and were very helpful. My drink was made right away and to perfection. My husband had never tried a cakepop before and he was impressed. A big shout out to Kat for all her help.
The only Starbucks I’ve ever been to that refuses to let you buy a large water. It’s Arizona in the summer and I just get told since it’s free they can only do small. So I tell them it’s okay I am willing to pay I just need a large water and he actually refused and gave me the smallest one possible. Great service!
Worst experience ever here, the Manager at this Starbucks kiosk yesterday May 10th 2024 at 1230 pm has horrible customer service skills. On top of the worst attitude from a leader our drinks were horrible and my americano was bitter. My order said estimated time for my order would be up inn3 minutes. Because of the manager getting in an argument with My daughter she stood there talking to the coworker while holding my cup in hand. I didn't get my drink until 12 minutes later.
