Mobile order ahead. Ready upon arrival. No sleeve on hot coffee. Thought they were out. Asked for one. Nope. Barista sitting talking to other barista says “Putting a sleeve on is now optional for us.”” You know what else is optional? Tipping! Corporate needs to face this bonehead policy. Starbucks used to give you whatever you wanted. Not anymore. What’s next? No sweetener packets?
I ordered online, asked for a coffee frap with whip. When I showed up to pick it up, the beverage did not have whip. I kindly asked for whip. The young lady then proceeded to take my Grande Size cup and throw away some of the drink that was in my cup, so she could make room for whipped cream. Instead of grabbing the proper lid and putting whip on my drink.She basically turned my drink into a venti while I paid for her grande.
Was nice and quick but the cashier was more worried about chatting with customers than helping the next person in line. Had to talk to the girl that was actually busting her but and working making the drinks and she helped me right away.
Not the first time it has happened but every-time I pick up my drink the outside of the cup is all sticky and gross from the overflowing sweet cream cold foam and they do nothing about it. They leave it all nasty and unprofessional
Quiet place inside a hotel lobby with street access. Parking is the real challenge. 🤔
