I bought a mango dragon fruit drink this morning I sent my coworker to pick it up they took longer than what the app said and my drink was don’t incorrect they forgot to put the dragon fruit I also put not ice and they added ice to my drink tried to reach out to advise them my order was not done correctly and the phone line hangs up
NO POINTS!!!! This starbucks is licensed and DOES NOT give you points. in addition, they upcharge you since it's attached to the Renesaince hotel. on my work trip, the starbucks at the arizona state campus charges $5.40 for a flat white while this store charge $6.79.... if you are on.a business trip and make multiple visits not getting these points will add up.
Quite first thing, staff very nice and service was fast.
