Made my order while in store at 0707am, sat in the store until 805 only to get my loaf, no coffees, my order got closed, came up to check on my coffees at 0820 and apparently it was lost. I had to order again and she had it done by 825. This place is so unorganized to be next to a convention center. Worst experience.
Three homeless came in with chips and soda cups, did not order anything, and sat in the store, playing videos on speaker. Staff did nothing.
