The blonde girl Juliana was very rude. She messed up my drink and was about to throw it away, living in downtown Phoenix, there’s a bunch of homeless around me so I asked if I could keep the drink. She said no I politely asked why she said because she didn’t wanna give it to me and was extremely rude about the entire situation and then they wanted to refuse service because I said I was nervous about her, making my drink when she was just rude to me. Will not be returning after being a regular here for almost a year
The employee Yoselin seemed to be having a bad day. I come here at this star bucks and I have used the restroom in past and I have puschased here before. She refused to let me use the restroom. I also come here to study. It was unfair. I come here once a day. Tyler has an amazing customer service and she said it was ok to use the restroom and the other co-worker name yoselin refused after Tyler said yes. This is not right. This location is not open until 8pm. We walked half a mile to find out that they aren't even open until 7pm. On a Friday night. Smh
