Incorrect drink, took five minutes to finish taking my order (it was a frappe and a cake pop)
Given that this Starbucks is on a college campus, you'd expect a more efficient operation with better-trained staff; especially since high volume is to be expected. Yet, this location is frequently out of essential supplies first thing in the morning. The wait time for orders is excessive, only to receive incorrect orders more than half the time, Disappointing experience overall.
Got the milk in my drink wrong when I clearly asked for oat milk then loudly said behind the counter that I didn’t ask for it when I get the same thing everytime.
I was charged .54 for a water. It's 113+ degrees outside, and I've never been charged for a water before at Starbucks. Usually I leave a dollar tip, at most Starbucks that don't charge for water, but today I will pass. I thought it was illegal to charge for water in AZ, or did that change?
This is the worst starbucks I have ever been to i had to have them redo my drinks 2 times and they still didn't do it right I am very unhappy and would not recommend
