Sidewalk seating is nice, service is sub-par
So how are people supposed to know in advance that a Starbucks does or does not redeem points or rewards? This location doesn’t, even though It came up when I googled “Starbucks that redeem rewards.” Found this out after 10 minutes in line, and then an additional 5 minutes explaining to a barista how to make a steamer. And it was really surprising because it’s a large café in downtown Phoenix and it’s not at an airport or in a grocery store or someplace where I would expect that. Not a happy birthday. 大学の前にあったスタバがおしゃれということで行ってみたら、内装はおしゃれだけど店員さんの態度がめちゃ悪かったです😭 メニュー通りに注文してるのに全く聞き取ってもらえず、面倒になったのでバニラフラペチーノに。笑 店員さんの言葉も聞き取りづらくてめちゃ小さい声で話すから分からず適当に返事したらホイップ盛り盛りで出てきました！！ 本当はスタバでのんびりするつもりでしたが、Wi-Fiも使えなかったしとにかくフラペチーノが甘くてホテルに戻りました〜
