The employee Yoselin seemed to be having a bad day. I come here at this star bucks and I have used the restroom in past and I have puschased here before. She refused to let me use the restroom. I also come here to study. It was unfair. I come here once a day. Tyler has an amazing customer service and she said it was ok to use the restroom and the other co-worker name yoselin refused after Tyler said yes. This is not right. This location is not open until 8pm. We walked half a mile to find out that they aren't even open until 7pm. On a Friday night. Smh
Natalie is great!
I ordered on the mobile app not knowing they don’t have plastic cups here. It was jam packed busy so 30 min later I asked about our drinks and the lady rudely said they’ve been sitting here (in the hot paper cups). The customer service was nonexistent.
