I am deeply disappointed and frustrated by my recent experience at this Starbucks location. I arrived as I often do, intending to place an order inside the café. However, the barista refused me entry, stating that the store wouldn’t open for another 30 minutes. This was problematic, as I rely on my job’s commuter program and needed to catch my bus to work. Wish I can publish with no stars. Customer service is terrible!!!! I was wanting just a cup of water and I was willing to pay for it and was denied one. Wow!!!!!! I really hope it has nothing to de with me being Latina!!! So sad the times we are living now!!!! I will definitely reach out to cooperate!!! It's a law you can't deny water. Especially if i was willing to pay.
This has to be the slowest starbucks we have been to. We ordered two refreshers and watched as they sat on the counter while we watched as the made four other drinks.
Went in to grab my wife a coffee. When I was done with my order, the girl taking my order asked how I was going to tip. Due to the remark, I didn’t feel like leaving a tip. The customer service was pretty mundane anyway. I proceeded to wait over 25 minutes for my one coffee. When I asked about the drink, the drive through attendant stated that they were behind. Trying to understand why the large hot coffee can fit in a normal size coffee cup at my house??? I definitely feel like I was ripped off for the price an amount of coffee I was given. HOWEVER Jessica made the difference and showed initiative an I will be back because of the service she provided!
