Denied me tap water, saying they would only sell bottled water. It is a 109 degree day. Next step is reporting this to Arizona Department of Health Services.
I swear every time I come here on a Saturday morning my drink is always messed up. I just paid eight dollars for raspberry flavored water!! ordered black tea with lemonade and raspberry syrup. Can’t taste the tea can’t taste the lemonade. I only taste a slight hint of raspberry and water. What a waste of money!!
I went in today trying to order at the drive thru, and waited for like 2 min no one took my order. than went to order at the window and the lady working there told me that she was talking, but was not true and after that she said that she took the order person’s order and I could go back and order again however I didn’t have time for that she was kinda rude about it, lady was wearing glasses and curly black hair not wearing Starbucks apron.. very upset about this incident I always order from this specific Starbucks I visited... read more
I will go out of my way to avoid this Starbucks. One way in one way out is so stupid especially if you're just trying to turn right onto cave Creek. Nope you got to turn right onto bell and then flip a u-turn in the middle of a busy traffic when you could have just super easily turned right out of their parking lot.
