I’ve been to this location twice now, and the customer service is truly top-notch! Johnny is so friendly and genuinely seems happy to be there. He’s always upbeat, smiling, and makes you feel really welcome. The drinks taste amazing, and the place is very clean. My only downside is that a venti latte runs about $12 — but since it’s inside the casino, that’s pretty expected. Overall, great drinks and excellent customer service at this location!
Not a great ambience, food is always bad at US Starbucks, and the prices are ridiculous. It's basically double what's out at retail stores because it's in the casino I guess. Give you some advice buy your pastries and coffee at the coffee shop in the casino, it's cheaper and better tasting than Starbucks I still don't know why Starbucks can't serve better pastries. Other Starbucks around the world can do a great job on the pastries and food but the US Starbucks has the worst pastries in the world. I literally mean that.

I was charged $1.50 for a cup of water at this location !! Is this normal at Starbucks ? I placed a $$$ order online and I just asked for a cup of water at pick up
