The employees are consistently rude, and my drink has never been made correctly. Every time I give this location another chance, I leave disappointed. From now on, I’ll continue going inside Smith’s (same parking lot) for my coffee. The employees there are friendly, consistent, and never disappoint!
had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks location. We ordered few cups of drinks, and even though there were three employees working, no customers in the drive-thru, and no other customers inside besides my husband and me, they simply handed us the cup holders and bags instead of helping us organize our large order. The lady who initially helped us didn’t even seem to know that one of the drinks could be split into smaller cups. On top of that, all of the drinks we ordered were awful and tasteless.
