If I could 0 zero stars for the experience I had in store on 1/06/2026 I would. I placed an IN STORE mobile order for a food item at 1:59pm. I came inside at 2:15pm and even though my app stated my order was ready it was not on the IN STORE handoff counter. There was a barista with green streaks in her hair that was at the hand off plane; not paying attention to anyone coming in or out, gossiping with what appeared to be friends/coworkers who had just gotten off shift, waving her tip money around behind the bar, no acknowled... read more

Every time I’ve been here they never seem like they know what they are doing. They take forever and the workers are very dismissive and rude.
