This location is terrible. The customer service is the worst I’ve experienced. Attached is a photo of a Grande Nitro Cold Brew with nothing added except cinnamon. A third of the cup is foam. The last time I came through this drive-through, same thing so I politely asked if they could scoop off some of the foam and add a little more nitro to compensate. I was told they would not do that. I order at this Starbucks a lot since it’s the closest. Today my wife ordered 2 drinks off the app. I went into the drive through and asked for my 2 drinks. The lady gave me one and I asked is that it? Is there a second drink. She said no and I drove away thinking maybe I was wrong. Got home to find out my wife did order a second drink. So I had to drive all the way back. And when I said you forgot my second drink there were no apologies saying sorry that was our fault and nothing to make my experience better.
