Worst Starbucks in the PV/Scottsdale area. Avoid if you can. Every little request they make you feel like you asked for the moon and the stars. I’ve been here a few times and have never had a good experience. Not sure what is different with management and training at this location, but they definitely missed some chapters around customer service.
I had a very bad experience. I ordered through the drive thru 06/27/25 at 8:50PM and when i was handed the drink I said thank you and the lady just looked at me without saying a word. She was very rude.
