walked into this Starbucks today during extreme 110° Arizona heat, kindly asking for just two cups of water or ice. I was told they “can’t” due to policy, which I understand is their rule but when temperatures are life threatening, where’s the humanity? This isn’t about free stuff. it’s about basic decency and helping people stay safe in the heat. Not everyone can afford to buy a drink every time. A small gesture could’ve gone a long way. I expected better from a brand as global as Starbucks.
Made my drink wrong and wouldn't replace it.
