1 girl working register and doing everything. Other girl was standing on her phone, drinking her drink and then went to the bathroom and left the other employee with a huge line. This starbucks doesn’t even take mobile orders so I’m unsure why it always takes forever. I feel bad for the one cashier actually working.
I had a mobile order drive thru experience today with a young barista that was disappointing and unfortunate. When the drive thru window opened, the barista said nothing and looked annoyed, but was reaching my drink out to me. I totally empathized, sometimes customer service is so draining, so I gently said “Thank you!” with a smile. I am also a young girl in customer service just like her, and I thought having a kind pass off would maybe help her feel better! The morning lady was wonderful our service was wonderful and my drink that was made was outstanding
After being inside location and only person in line for going on 10 minutes nobody says anything to you just comes up and says it will be 15-20 minutes. I am sorry but we were the only people in store. Sad crew today
Two people working. No line yet only one is mixing the other must be hoping for someone to appear and order. How stupid
