Worst employee ever. Rude, slow beyond slow, clearly hates her job.
I go to this Starbucks very often. Most of the staff is very nice and accommodating but they are wildly understaffed. There is so much turnover in staff that my drink won’t taste the same as it used to. In addition my last sandwich I got had mold on it! And they run out of stuff all the time. One time they ran out of whipped cream, chocolate, and like half of the pastries.
Arrived at 7:30, they closed at 8. 4 females behind the counter. They told me they weren’t making anymore drinks . I said “ online says open till 8” she replied yah. We’re closed now . As I watched them make drinks for themselves and drink them. They refused to take our order. Pathetic customer service. Major black eye for Starbucks in my book.
