Very friendly staff, quick service, good drinks, and nice interior. All that with its convenient location to the mall makes it a great place to stop for a solution to the mid afternoon drowsiness.
Cashier (girl) was more interested in cleaning than finishing my checking out and left ---- so I was not able to request my receipt. After getting drinks from the nice gentleman, I had to ask for my birthday cake pop that was on my order because she did not give it to me. He also was able to look up my receipt to give it to me. He gave wonderful service with a smile.
Great customer service. Will be back to this location again!
EDIT: They seem to have improved in following order directions when ordering delivery. Service has improved, thank you! Every once in a while, straws, sauces, etc aren’t included, and I understand sometimes you may be out, if that’s the case, please leave a little note stating it’s out. Also the lids often pop off during delivery for iced drinks. Terrible location to order from. They NEVER include a straw for your iced beverage when getting delivery. You could order a Frappuccino, something that NEEDS a straw, and they still... read more
