I rarely review chain companies because mostly they are all similar but because I received the perfect drink here I thought I would. My coffee order is fairly layered and rarely comes out correctly but I still try almost daily. Finally I got the drink I have been craving and now I just keep returning to this Starbucks hoping to get it again. I wish I knew the baristas name that actually made it.

I've been purchasing a cortado everyday for a week and loving it. This store, however, made one that wasn't even consumable. Lol, like throwing 6bucks into the street! OUCH. While some of the drinks are fairly yummy, I simply don't suggest this chain in the downtown Spokane area. Homeless taking over, not even making purchases, bathrooms never open, and disgruntled employees would be the complaint across the board for the downtown and east spokane starbucks.
