Only staffing one person for the morning and then sending that person on break is wild to me. Totally deserve breaks but maybe you should staff atleast 2 people in o cover breaks so you don’t have to shut down for 15-30 mins and turn customers away.
I just got the best white chocolate mocha ever. It came without the burnt taste that they normally come with. It was delicious! The gentleman who made it had lived in Spain and knew how to make a proper coffee
Rude employees, ignored customers and made no attempts to take orders despite two people working
Employees were on their phones not making drinks. Saw a girl spray cleaner on the counter that got all over the cups and lids. Asked for a refund. All set.
Had no idea how to make peppermint mocha Frappuccinos. Lines out the door it was easier to throw them away then return.
