People can walk into Starbucks and get a free cup of water, but apparently they cannot simply use the restroom when they urgently need to. I believe almost everyone has experienced being outside and suddenly needing to use the restroom. In that situation, sometimes you just have to ask for help. What makes this even more disappointing is that I was clearly not homeless, not causing trouble, and not trying to create any issue. The girl on the drive thru order had attitude problem not even given chance to place the order what else what else enything else just rushing us no wonder there no customers
They get 5 overall stars because they trusted me saying I will buy something after using the restroom. I walked in and asked for the restroom and the employee said, "You gotta purchase something" I replied, "But I GOTTA go NOW " The employee said "657520" (FYI:not the code) So in reality I could have done my business (#1) and bolted out of there. This is now a great Starbucks. (Used to be terrible—avoid at all costs.) but now it’s inviting, comfortable, with great service. Even a few live outlets to use as well. So great having a Starbucks like this close to home!
