I swore off Starbucks everywhere else because they never make the drink good enough to be worth the $7 you pay for it. But I tried this one once and I was so pleasantly surprised, the guy working (wish I got his name) made such a good drink! And was very nice as well. The other couple times I’ve gone with different people working and it was still really good. I love that they actually give you extra caramel when you’re paying close to a dollar for it, which is something other Starbucks don’t seem to ever do.
Not to be a Karen but, DANG lmao. This is quite literally the worse Starbucks in surprise. The people that you guys hire always have the worse attitude, and are plain rude. Yikes 😳 I suppose it’s because they’re not allowed to accept tips, which is quite fitting for the customer service they provide. 😂 if you don’t like your job , find a new one! Hope your staff has better days lol
Wait 25 minutes and get the wrong drink only to be told "sorry I'm new, would you like me to make it again?" Aka. You wanna wait another half hour? This happened twice in the last month. Seriously? Both times took the wrong drink just because I did not have time to wait.
