Went there today, and the gray hair old lady that was at the register was extremely rude when we asked her a new product that is supposed to be coming out. She said "I don't know anything about it" then we told what is was and all she said was "ok" in a very unprofessional matter. This starbucks needs to teach their employees how to talk to people and learn how to address customers concerns in a more professional matter. We will not give this place another penny of our money.
The price goes up, but the quality goes down. The drink is never the same each time. It used to be my favorite place, but not anymore.
Of course, the coffee Is good, but I always say they could have bigger sizes for the cost. They should increase the size and lower the prices.
