The woman that you have working here is extremely rude. We sat there for 10 minutes in line while she just sat on her phone scrolling. Then she looked up and would not acknowledge us. she took 20 minutes to make a coffee that should've taken five minutes. this is some of the worst customers service I've ever experienced. she was working today, August 18 at 4:50 PM by herself last time we came here. It’s being two times that we order our drinks in this location and the barista doesn’t know how to do it! He doesn’t have any clue about making your drinks! Is always wrong. He make the wrong size and the drinks isn’t right . Doesn’t taste the same. We have to tell him what size we want and how to do it. You should training your baristas better. Is the last time we order in this location.
Barista was super apathetic & honestly only listened to 1/3 of what I had ordered, don’t know if she was just having a bad morning or what.
