Slowest Starbucks I’ve ever gone to. On top of that they always make my order as I’m sitting or just arriving after I’ve already preordered 20 mins prior for this inconvenience they continue to do. Preorder so I can walk in and grab but I always sit for 10 mins.
The woman that you have working here is extremely rude. We sat there for 10 minutes in line while she just sat on her phone scrolling. Then she looked up and would not acknowledge us. she took 20 minutes to make a coffee that should've taken five minutes. this is some of the worst customers service I've ever experienced. she was working today, August 18 at 4:50 PM by herself last time we came here.
