Starbucks' new policy changes, effective February 24, 2025, reflect a shift toward improving employee benefits, increasing sustainability, revamping their stores' look, and changing the menus to focus on “specialty items”. Asked for ice americano, came out in a cold cup with no ice. I was confused. Had to ask for ice.
I love Starbucks, but this location is so inconsistent with their drinks. I can tell right away by the color of the shaken espresso if it's made correctly. It's not worth it anymore for the price.
Always great service! They also moved the drive-thru order location. I think it makes it go gaster! I normally order a coffee mocha hot w whip!
