Went through the drive through and was the only person in line. Asked to have on of my large drinks split (for my kids) and was told no and to do it myself. With the 1000s of customizations for their drinks it ridiculous that they draw the line at splitting a drink for the ease of their drive through customers. What terrible customer service.
Great coffee, but I would go to any other location but this one because every time I come here, they basically throw my drink at me even if I’m waiting for a straw or a napkin. They don’t even give me the chance to say anything before walking away incredibly unprofessional.
These people are really nice! They remade my coffee when I fell in the parking lot
Service is terrible; focus was on drive thru . Multiple customers inside waiting for their orders. Drink was made wrong, canceled entire order.
