The baristas apparently don’t know how to make a strawberries & cream frappé. My frappé has no taste at all to it, it tasted exactly like ice and water. How do you forget to put sugar? Seriously? I don’t even taste strawberries in it either. Cake pop was the only good thing. Do better!
My daughter and I walked up to the register at Starbucks in Kroger inMilledgeville GA and greeted the cashier Sarah. She didn't greet us back and didn't ask us what we wanted to order. She just stood there and stared until my daughter placed her order. I even made the comment "No greeting" and she just stood there and stared. She wasn't pleasant at all and didn't say thank you after we ordered. I'm not sure what her problem is but she probably shouldn't be working customer service.
