They got rid of my favorite worker
I ordered 2 additional shots of espresso and tey forgot to add the Carmel in my Carmel macchiato.
It's Starbucks. If you like Starbucks then you'll like this one too.
You guys have seriously gotta have two people closing. One person on the clock and then going on break is pretty inconvenient for people placing a mobile order ahead and getting there to see no one working. The lights are also left on when on break, which if I remember right they're meant to turn those off. But my complaining aside, there is also one male employee who turned me away because he was on break cleaning, which I left him be for fifteen minutes while he did.
