I ordered a venti brown sugar shaken espresso. It was all ice. A lot of money for not much coffee.
We ordered 2 ventis 1 ice caramel macchiato, 1 slice of banana loaf, and 1 hot white mocha with whipped cream. I have the Starbucks app. And they told me after I ordered that they Don't use the app, at that location, If They are Not going to use the App, then they should have a sign saying that they don't accept it there. Before people order! OR they should be able to use the app, for All Starbucks,!
The people working here are absolutely the most surly, gruff, abrasive, unhappy Starbucks employees I've seen in my entire life. They also don't listen to what you order, requiring me to repeat my order twice. They don't have drink stoppers despite it being the type of location where 99/100 customers are taking drinks to their cars! But worst of all, and the reason for the abysmal rating, is that their prices are EASILY 50% higher than any other location in this neighborhood.
