Love my local shop
Starbucks needs to treat its workers better if it ever wants my family's business again. Such a disappointment.
During my visit the store was very busy, and I can understand the stressfulness of being busy. But I still expect the same quality of service, the staff was not as friendly or kind as my local Starbucks (I’m visiting from out of state). I expect to be somewhat acknowledge, and to be talked to kindly, I did not experience either of those actions.
