the americano i received was watered down and disgusting. never coming here again, do better.
The other day I went to get a drink for my daughter and I and the lady working (I believe her name tag said nicole) seemed like it was an issue to fix the drink for my daughter that was missing the cold foam we ordered. Very unprofessional and rude attitude.
Went to buy a caramel brûlée latte before I had to go to work.. the baristas working all had attitudes & were moving very slow. I know we’re close to the holidays but this was my pick me up of the day and it’s sad that I couldn’t even get a smile. I felt my cup was really light and this is what they served me. $8 for a coffee that’s not even full. Very annoyed. Thank you to the staff!
So today I went, to this new Starbucks in Scottsdale mall, unfortunately a barista told my bf to buy something to be seated, I was purchasing when this lady came to told him that, Starbucks you need to treat people right, and also train the people who worked there as well Starbucks do it better next time!
