The service is terrible. Everyone is very slow. They leave your drink ready and don't bring it to you. They don't deliver your order at the same time. The taste is awful. Don't waste your time and money at this location.
Josh was friendly and professional😊 Even though they were super busy, he made the experience smooth and welcoming!!
The baristas Ashley and Madison were so kind and lovely!
This location is never open and severely understaffed
I had already purchased a drink and was sitting down when a barista came over and told me I needed to order something if I wanted to sit. I felt very uncomfortable as I had already placed my order, and it came across as disrespectful. I hope your team can better train staff on how to approach such situations more politely and professionally.
