I was there today and waited over 15 minutes for an ice tea. The staff is nice but hate the fact I'm waiting and most of the staff was sitting at the large table. The wait time is horrible , I actually asked for a refund once. Do better
These people move like molasses. More staff is needed. I can’t believe how long it takes to get my drink. I ordered 2 drinks and a lemon loaf yes it’s taking forever. 16 minutes for a simple drink. It seems short staffed.. RAISE PRICES if you have to, but please staff more people. It’s ridiculous how long it takes to get a simple order, it’s a combination of low staffing ratio and low motivation staff. The chai and matcha we ordered were so watered down we threw them away
Got an Americano which was made just right. Staff was friendly and hospitable.
The employee was super nice and amazing, told it was my birthday she asked me what i wanted she even put a happy birthday on the sticker🥺 i would rate it 6 stars if i could
