Ethan is incredibly helpful. I defaulted on my order forever because I wasn’t aware of the many options actually had. He helped inform me what I could actually alter to better fit what I actually wanted, thank you Ethan!
Worst customer service ever. Refused to give me a cup of water without purchase, I was very dehydrated from walking. I asked what if I was having a heat stroke and they didn’t seem to care at all. It’s a horrible policy and bad PR for Starbucks. They also didn’t even acknowledge me while I was waiting at their walk up window, I had to knock on their window to get any service.
Asked for lite ice and this is what I got. For such a profitable franchise they do go out of their way to sell you ice.
Been going here for 3 years, never have had a bad experience. The staff are absolutely spectacular and always have a huge smile and are fun to talk to. They always welcome me and my friends so well. Great job!
