This is a nice Starbucks. Location is easy to get in and out of from Warwick Boulevard and walking distance from Christopher Newport University and the nearby shops. Clean and fast service at the time we came. Order was correct and as expected.
I was running errand’s today and this Starbucks was on my route. I showed up thru the drive thru and I was at the ordering screen, an employee asked me what I wanted to order when he asked me what I wanted he was talking to another customer at the window at the same time. Trying to have two conversations as the same time. I quickly stopped. And waited for him to be done. When the employee was done at the window he laughed at me continuously. A great place to enjoy an iced coffee and a good book. The regular barista team is great and works very well together to meet customer needs.
