Dang....Frank hung up on me. Can't believe I've paid almost $7 for lattes and too many have not been a full venti. Today not a full venti and my coffee was lukewarm. :( What's one to do?
This location is my morning go to. The drinks are always amazing and the staff at this location specifically is my favorite. So helpful and kind- specifically Frank and Brandon. Love coming here, this staff deserves a bonus!
