slowest starbucks drive thru ive ever encountered - slowwwwww employees who like to giggle about to each other than to do the customer's drink
I have to revise my review after coming in this Saturday morning. After witnessing the barista and manager bullying the new hire on register was disgusting. The manager shouldn’t have berated the new employee in front of the entire line. The manager should have also pulled the barista who was huffing and puffing off the floor. Talk about a toxic work environment. The manager should have never mentioned loud enough for customers to hear that you were hiring two new people as the berated employee left for break. It says open from 5am on Saturday but at 5:15am the doors are still closed and employees don’t care.
The slowest Starbucks in New England. Do not go here unless it's your day off and you don't mind waiting 30-45mins plus. That goes for the drive through or inside.
This has to be the worst star bucks ever and. Ive been to many of them extremely long wait time not happy workers there. Im not going there no more. I would rather Garden. City at this point Atwood Ave should close. Staff has attuides no more Atwood for me!!!!
