We sat in the drive thru line for over 10 minutes waiting to get to the speaker and then sat at the speaker for another 5 minutes without even being acknowledged. We thought the machine was broken so we drove off just to be stuck behind 3 customers picking up their orders. Really disgusted with the service. We get trapped in the drive thru and had to sit through it just to leave with no order. Employees are rude every time I visit. If you expect a you’re welcome after a thank you don’t count on it. 228 Washington St Attleboro, MA is the best Starbucks location!!!
Why? No Ice Coffee twice last week and order head was down one day. Now it starts all over again. No Ice Coffee again. No excuses. Do your job!! Been going since they opened. Had enough, Latte Love here I come.

You can’t mess up Starbucks quality but you can mess up someone’s day. I’ve come to this location at different times of the day, mornings, afternoons, and everything in between. You will wait 15 minutes for your order. You can get 1 drink, 15+ minutes. Only one customer when I walked in, 4-5 employees working. 15+ minutes for my order. Last time I’m ever going to this location.
