Outstanding Customer Service from Stacey at Starbucks! I had such a great experience at Starbucks on Monday, July 14, that I just had to share. I went in to grab my usual drink, and everything was smooth as always. Unfortunately, when I got home and stepped out of my car, I accidentally dropped my drink — total bummer! Lupe and the other cashier working the drive-through on 7/10 at 3 pm were rude. I have worked in fast food before and there is no reason to be rude to customers who are nice and polite. They didn't even greet us when we pulled up to order, they just asked "what do you want" never even said "you're welcome" when we over thanked them.
very slow service, dirty chairs, table and exterior. staff was not accommodating with the request of a cup of water when I had purchased other items.
