They were very rude and racist. I walked in with three friends and they don’t take cash but they normally do so I was a little confused.After we ordered we noticed something in my friends drink. It was a bunch of white flakes and they wouldn’t dissolve. She then threw it away. Later my blonde friend asked for a cup of ice and immediately got a free cup of ice. I had a great experience! Ordered ahead and my order was done very quickly and the girl working with short hair and glasses was very sweet!
This Starbucks is PERFECTLY normal for a Kroger located Starbucks. Lots of folks want Rtiz-Carlton customer service at a Day's inn's - it wont happen here. Most people are in a bad mood anyway spending $300 on a weeks worth of groceries so I get it. Order ahead on the app if you can and it will save you a huge headache. 50% of the staff is great (some of them are genuinely awesome folks) and other 50% would rather be pealing paint off walls so it is a crap shoot. Came in just now with my friend, they took her order and then didn't take mine. When I told them I was ordering as well they seemed very annoyed. While making my drinks they were cleaning and using products, and I noticed my drink tasted off and it tasted like cleaning products. Not only did it taste like cleaning products, but also smelled like it. So I just drank whatever cleaning product they used. Let's hope it's not bleach. Anyways, never coming back.
I went there today, Feb 2, 2025. The two girls working there were in such a negative mood. Weren’t nice to an elderly lady in front of us deciding what to order. Then came us and they just weren’t welcoming. My matcha latte wasn’t mixed well at all. I normally have a pleasant experience, but their negative attitudes aren’t acceptable in any work environment.
