I have been coming to this Starbucks every day for years and there has been many managers come and go at this location. Half the time my order was never right and the crew was never friendly. But for the last 2years I can actually say I enjoy going in and getting my coffee fix. The manager Joyce is absolutely the best decision this Kroger has made. I’ve been coming here almost every day for 7.5 years, morning & sometimes afternoon (bad caffeine habit, I know!). Not all the baristas are the same level of friendly, but they all make my drinks perfectly. The barista in the afternoon, Jesse, doesn’t chat much w/me, but if there is ever a mistake in my order, he quickly makes it right. That’s the important part! I went on Friday, July 3 at 5:45 pm to the girl that was taking the ordered, she looked at us with attitude and told us that he had 5 more coffees before us and she did not take the order , we told her that it was okay that we could wait and she had attitude with his mouth and eyes . When we went again to take the order, we would bond her and do things reluctantly and throw things away. I visited Starbucks to get my 6-year-old daughter a sweet treat and a drink, and immediately regretted the experience. Jesse was rude, unprofessional, and dismissive throughout the interaction. He bluntly told me he was not going to make our drink and made a condescending comment implying that our order came from TikTok (it’s the Blue Coconut lemonade that just came out that STARBUCKS is promoting).
