I had a very unpleasant experience at the Starbucks I went to today. Because I was short on time, I placed a mobile order through the app at the Starbucks inside the grocery store. But when I went to pick it up, the counter was empty. I waited for quite a while, and even after the store service desk made an announcement, no staff showed up. Friendly, great service
Terrible! For the price the coffee should at least be decent and it wasn't drinkable. Never again.
We were about to order and my husband was told that he couldn't add sweet cream foam to his hot latte drink because it will melt. We agreed that we know but that's what she want but the employee refused to take our order at all. She said Starbucks can't do that and refused our order. We had to leave there to come across the street to get our order from the separate Starbucks.
