Incredibly frustrated with my experience this morning. I ordered a Venti Iced Lavender Cream Matcha with no ice. What I received completely lacked the purple lavender cold foam and had a bizarre, curdled texture at the top. When I asked where the lavender was, the barista tried to tell me that when you order it with no ice, "the lavender goes all the way to the bottom." This is easily the best Starbucks around! Seriously – I’ll go out of my way to come to this one! This store’s crew is incredibly friendly, fast, and careful. I always have a great experience here, and I love how spacious the cafe is. This team really brightens my mornings. Hats off to management!
i’ve come to the Starbucks all the time because my manager always place a mobile order for you to pick up and she gets the same thing every single time and there’s been moments where the order has been messed up and I’ve had to take it back and it’s been fixed.
