Always friendly and they know how to make the drinks awesome here! Always good amount of cold foam. If you pay this much for a coffee drink you want it to be made right. You guys ROCK at Stanford Way location!!
Service is insanely terrible , 3 workers and not one person said a word. Waited at the counter to order for 5 minutes and finally said if it was possible for someone to take my order since no one was doing anything and no customers in the building. After placing my order the lady left the register and didn’t give a receipt or anything just walked away. I Assume she was mad because I asked for her to take my order ? After placing the order , I waited 20 minutes for one Carmel ribbon crunch frappé to be made , which is insane!... read more
i came in and told them my drink was wrong and didnt have any syrup just coffee in my frap and then he put 10+ pumps of caramel and reblended it and handed it back, awful customer service, it was a simple request i work a starbucks too, so disappointing people are ok with treating others awful
