A perk of buying beans and coffee from them was being able to stop in on a hot day and get a water. I guess that's over so ill be getting my beans and coffee elsewhere.
Horrible experience with the lady with the clip board I’m guessing the manager or something. Rude , unfriendly and unprofessional. However I had a great experience with the cashier/ the employees making my drink.
Mobile order for one latte took 30 mins. Hardly any customers and 2 of the 3 employees just stood around talking for 15 mins while the one working was the cashier and baristas. Management is asleep at this Starbucks? That being said, when I finally did receive my drink it tasted fine, and the active employees was courteous, but no apology or explanation was given for the crazy slowness.
